Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce Announces New Chief Executive Officer
The Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of John Wilson as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2, 2025. Wilson brings twenty-one years of leadership experience in Chambers of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism, with a strong track record of driving strategic growth, building community partnerships, and advocating for local businesses.
“We are excited to welcome John to lead the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce into its next chapter,” said Carlos Gallardo, President of the Board of Directors. “His vision, energy, and commitment to economic development will be vital as we continue to support our business community and navigate future opportunities.”
Prior to joining the Chamber, Wilson served as Director of Business Development at Chamber West in Utah, where he spearheaded Economic Development within the five cities represented by Chamber West. He also held leadership roles at Bosselman Corp and the Davis Area Convention and Visitors Bureau where he demonstrated a passion for community engagement and business advocacy.
“I am honored to step into this role and look forward to working with the talented team at the Chamber, our members, and our partners,” said Wilson. “Together, we will champion the growth and resilience of our local economy and ensure that businesses of all sizes have the resources and support they need to thrive.”
Wilson succeeds Kathie Fink, who is retiring after twenty-six years of dedicated service. Under her leadership, the Chamber expanded its membership, launched key economic initiatives, and strengthened its role as a voice for business in the region. Fink will remain throughout June as a consultant to the CEO.
