HYC Walk for Wellness Virtual 5K

It's the 5K, Your Way!

Let's Move for Mental Health! 

A virtual race means no designated course and time — you can walk, run, bike, hike, golf or treadmill at your pace, anywhere you choose!

The HYC Virtual 5K is based on the honor system. We hope that you will set your goal and plan your time to complete your 5k between the dates of May17-31 to promote Mental Health Awareness. We encourage participants to wear their event t-shirt, event bib and take a picture to post on social media tagging HYC and using the hashtag #HYCWALKS.
