  Special Guest Speaker– Bob Huff
former Senate Republican Leader Addresses the California Gas Tax Repeal
Former Senator Bob Huff will address the California Repeal Gas Tax and Fees Increase Bill Initiative (2018). This Initiative would repeal most sections of   Senate Bill 1, the largest gas tax increase in California’s history without voter approval. Its repeal would allow California voters to decide for themselves if they want to raise their taxes and control how the funds are to be spent.
Bob Huff is the former Senate Republican Leader, representing the 29th     Senate District for 4 years, and the California Legislature for 12 years.  While in office, Senator Huff’s primary focus was on leadership, education and infrastructure.  In regional government, he served on the executive boards of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments, Foothill Transit, and was the founding board member of the Alameda Corridor East Construction Authority.

The Regional Chamber Alliance (RCA) is a coalition of 5 chambers of commerce, Santa Fe Springs, Downey, Norwalk, Pico Rivera, and Whittier to promote business-friendly legislation.
