plans,
coordinates
and
directs
the
implementation
of
the
Business
Emergency
Preparedness
Network
(BEPN)
in
conjunction
with
the
City
of
Santa
Fe
Springs,
SFS
Fire
Department
and
Police
Services
Center.
The
BEPN
is
a
coalition
of
Santa
Fe
Springs
businesses
trained
to
provide
a
formal
communication
link
between
the
City
of
Santa
Fe
Springs
and
the
business
community
in
the
event
of
an
emergency
or
disaster.
This
innovative
program
has
been
the
recipient
of
awards
at
both
the
State
and
Federal
level.
